New Call Center To Better Serve Community Homeowner
August 2007 -- A call center has been created in the Pinehurst office where common homeowner questions can be answered as efficiently as possible.
Kernersville Office Now Open To Serve Greensboro/Winston-Salem/Triad
June 2007 -- A new office in Kernersville will allow CAS to provide management services for communities in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and the surrounding Triad area. The office's address is 118 S Cherry St, Suite B, Kernersville, NC 27284.
New Cary Office To Be Opened - Early 2007
January 3rd, 2007 -- CAS has purchased office space in Cary, NC, and construction should be completed by early February. This new space will enable CAS to better serve communities in southern Wake County. The new address will be 1930 North Salem Street, Apex NC 27523.
Triad Communities Added To CAS's - October 2006
CAS is now managing communities in the Greensboro/Winston Salem area, with office to be opened in that area in late Spring 2007.

CAS to Open New Durham/Chapel Hill Office - July 2005
CAS has purchased an office condiminium near the intersection of I-40 and NC 54. Construction has begun on the offices, and we hope to move in by September.
CAS Now Accepting Credit Card Payment of Dues - February 2005
CAS is pleased to announce that it will now be able to accept online credit card payment of dues for the Associations that it manages. A button has been added to the menu on the CAS website to access this option. There is a fee that accompanies this option. We have added this option in response to a number of homeowner requests and hope that it will prove convenient to the homeowners.

CAS Employee Honored by Boy Scouts - December 2004
CAS is pleased to announce that Triangle Region Manager Ed Bedford has been awarded the Silver Beaver Award by Occoneechee Council of the Boy Scouts of America. The Silver Beaver Award is the highest award that a Counsel can bestow upon an adult volunteer. Ed serves as Scoutmaster of Troop 820 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
